Rad3 is the brain child of three software entrepreneurs with strong engineering, design and commercial experience.

• John Clarkson Technical Director
  John has 18 years experience in commercial software development in the UK, Australia, US and New Zealand. He has led large teams providing bespoke workforce management solutions for multinational companies, taken leading edge products for tracking mobile phones to market in the US and provided solutions for tracking Americas Cup yachts.
  
  
• Greg Hart Creative Director
  Greg has held positions as Creative Director for two multinational software development companies. Greg specializes in User Interface, Web and Graphic Design. Greg founded OGG creative web solutions in 1997. OGG started out creating print media and digital product photography. OGG's focus then turned to web design. OGG has now been acquired by Rad3.
  
  
• Michael Hartley Director of Business Development
  Michael has for the last ten years been involved in leadership positions within the software industry . His experience in strategic planning, capital raising, business turn around's, sales and marketing activities provides a sound commercial platform for Rad3. Along with John and Greg, Michael has extensive international networks that can be used to our customers advantages.
